At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on approving Mr. Nguyen Van Luong - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Duy Tien Town Party Committee - to join the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
At the end of September 2023, the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee issued Decision 759-QD/TU assigning and transferring Mr. Nguyen Van Luong - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee - to resign from the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Duy Tien City Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Also related to personnel work, on November 26, 2024, Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Nam province - presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee on the assignment and transfer of Mr. Tran Duc Thuan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ly Nhan district - to cease participating in the District Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Ly Nhan District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 to be appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Organization Board of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee also presented the Decision to Mr. Bui Van Hoang - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - to cease holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial People's Council; Appointing Mr. Bui Van Hoang to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Ly Nhan District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
