On the afternoon of February 27, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province held a conference to announce the decision to establish specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee and affiliated party organizations.
The conference announced the decisions of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province on the establishment of 4 specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee, including: the Organization Committee, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Inspection Committee Agency, and the Party Committee Office. At the same time, assign work and appoint officials to positions in the Party Committee's Committees.
The Party Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee also announced the decision on terminating the activities of 16 branches and affiliated grassroots party committees and the decisions to establish 9 branches and grassroots party committees under the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the conference, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee - congratulated the specialized Committees for advising and assisting the Party Committee; affiliated Party organizations and comrades assigned and appointed to hold positions in specialized Committees; comrades appointed to join the Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of grassroots Party cells.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan emphasized that the establishment of 4 advisory and support agencies for the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the establishment of 9 new grassroots party organizations under the Party Committee are important decisions to perfect the party organization in state administrative agencies according to the direction of the Central Government, contributing to improving the quality of party building work, ensuring comprehensive and effective leadership in implementing political tasks in the locality.
"Specially specialized agencies advise and assist the Party Committee in urgently issuing regulations on functions, tasks, and working relationships between the Party Committee's advisory and support agencies; focus on advising the Party Committee Standing Committee to direct affiliated party organizations to prepare documents to submit to the Party Committee and urgently organize congresses of affiliated branches and grassroots party committees.
Advising the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to deploy the tasks of Party building of the Party Committee and directing affiliated Party organizations to effectively implement assigned tasks, contributing with all levels and sectors in the province to successfully carry out political tasks in 2025 and the entire 2020-2025 term", Mr. Pham Anh Tuan suggested.
Grassroots party organizations focus on leading and directing the implementation of the tasks of the entire sector; urgently developing working regulations, working programs of the executive committee, inspection and supervision programs as well as completing party procedures and preparing conditions to organize congresses of affiliated party organizations.
