At the Ceremony, the representative of the Department of Personnel Organization of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the Decision of the Director of Institute of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Bui Manh Cuong - Deputy Director of Institute of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Procuracy to hold the position of Director of Institute of Yen Bai Provincial People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years from October 16, 2024.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Giang - Deputy Director of Institute of Supreme People's Procuracy requested that in his new position, Mr. Bui Manh Cuong needs to continue to promote his sense of responsibility; continue to pay attention to building solidarity within the entire unit, strengthening discipline, order, preventing corruption and negativity within the unit.

Accordingly, the Personnel Organization Department of the Provincial People's Procuracy announced the Decision dated October 14, 2024 of the Director of Institute of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Procuracy to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Cong Binh - Intermediate Prosecutor, Director of Institute of Van Canh District People's Procuracy to hold the position of Chief of Office of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Procuracy from October 16, 2024 until retirement according to the regime.
