On October 28, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the transfer and appointment of officials.
At the ceremony, Mr. Chu Duc Anh - Director of the Organization Department, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court - announced the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the transfer and appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Deputy Chief Justice of the Hanoi People's Court - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Inspection of Business, Trade, Bankruptcy, Labor, Family and Juvenile of the Supreme People's Court (Department of Director, Inspection III);
Appointed Mr. Vu Minh Tuan - Judge of the People's Court, level 3 of the Department of Directors and Civil Inspectorate of the Supreme People's Court to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Directors and Civil Inspectorate of the Supreme People's Court (Department of Directors and Inspectorate II).
Handing over the decision and giving a speech assigning tasks, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri highly appreciated the working process of Ms. Ha and Mr. Tuan; at the same time, requested the two to continue studying, practicing, and further improving their professional qualifications; promoting the advantages and strengths; united and unified with the collective leadership to successfully implement the unit's work tasks.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court requested Ms. Ha and Mr. Tuan to quickly adapt, meet the job requirements well, and strictly maintain discipline and public service discipline; promote strengths, strengths and results achieved in the past time.
Also last week, on October 30, the Hanoi People's Court held a ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work.
At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Organization - Personnel Department (SPP) Dao Tu Hoa announced the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung (55 years old) - Chief Justice of the Hanoi People's Court, Region 1 and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Van (53 years old) - Chief Justice of the Hanoi People's Court for Criminal Appeals.
According to the decision, the appointment period for the two Deputy Chief Judges is 5 years, starting from November 1, 2025.
At the ceremony, Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Tri Tue presented the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Van.
Mr. Nguyen Tri Tue affirmed that Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Van were appointed as officials with good moral qualities, solid professional capacity, and a lot of practical experience in trial and management.
These are officials who have held many different positions, trained and challenged in a practical environment. Now the two men are assigned the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Hanoi People's Court - a unit with a large workload, many pressures and high requirements for trial quality.
Mr. Tue hopes that the two new Deputy Chief Justice will continue to promote their capacity, solidarity with the collective leadership of the Hanoi People's Court, helping the Chief Justice successfully complete all assigned tasks.
