On February 17, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security - presided over the ceremony to announce the decision on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh - Deputy Director, Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security, to take up the job and hold the position of Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security announced the Minister's decision on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh to take up the job and hold a new position.
Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh is a well-trained cadre, matured from the grassroots, and has held many different positions and titles at the district, provincial and local police levels and the Ministry of Public Security.
The leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel assessed that regardless of his position or position, Colonel Vinh always upholds a sense of responsibility, is exemplary, proactive, and is close to work, has a sense of self-study and learning to constantly strive, practice, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long requested the new Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police to continue to promote his capacity, strengths, and work experience, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
The Deputy Minister of Public Security also suggested that Colonel Vinh should quickly grasp the work, constantly strive, uphold the sense of responsibility, continue to build solidarity within the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department, effectively carry out Party building work, build a clean and strong Bac Giang Provincial Police force.
Receiving the new assignment, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh affirmed that he will continue to promote the experiences and results achieved during his time working at the Ministry of Public Security in performing the new assignment.
Previously, on January 20, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan - Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police - was transferred to work and hold the position of Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security.
Also last week, on February 17, the 12th Corps held a ceremony to announce the Resolution to establish the 12th Corps Military Procuracy and the 12th Corps Military Procuracy.
At the ceremony, Lieutenant General Ta Quang Khai - Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Director of the Central Military Procuracy - presented the decision to appoint Colonel Nguyen Anh Hung to the position of Director of the Army Corps Military Procuracy; Captain Mac Van Sam to the position of Director of the Military Procuracy of the 12th Corps.
