Reappointed Major General Hua Van Tuong as Deputy Commander of Military Region 5

    The Prime Minister re -appointed Major General Hua Van Tuong as Deputy Commander of Military Region 5.

    On April 16, the Government Office said that the Politburo member and the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 761/QD-TTg appointing Major General Hua Van Tuong to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 5.

    This decision takes effect from April 17, 2025.

    Earlier, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 539/QD-TTg dated April 17, 2020 appointed Mr. Hua Van Tuong to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 5, Ministry of Defense.

    Before holding the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 5, Mr. Hua Van Tuong was Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Commander of the Military Command of Quang Nam Province.
