On September 16, at the Presidential Palace, the Office of the President coordinated with the Supreme People's Procuracy to organize the announcement ceremony and present the President's decision to appoint Deputy Director of the Institute of the Supreme People's Procuracy (KSNDTC), according to VNA.
On behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary and President To Lam presented the decision to appoint Mr. Ho Duc Anh, Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Economic Cases, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
General Secretary and President To Lam affirmed that this is an honor and pride for all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the People's Procuracy at all levels and Mr. Ho Duc Anh personally.
To successfully fulfill the responsibilities, requirements and tasks assigned to him in his new position, General Secretary and President To Lam requested Mr. Ho Duc Anh to continue to train his political mettle, be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people; maintain revolutionary ethics and professional ethics; be exemplary in complying with and strictly implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; be united, unified and closely attached to cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, the People's Procuracy at all levels and the people.
At the same time, continue to improve capacity and qualifications in all aspects, actively research, proactively work with the leadership of the Supreme People's Procuracy to promptly advise the Party and State to issue guidelines, policies and laws on judicial work and judicial reform.
The General Secretary and President also requested Mr. Ho Duc Anh to make efforts with the leadership of the Supreme People's Procuracy to innovate all aspects of work, take care of the Party organization to be clean and strong; build a strong and comprehensive People's Procuracy sector and build a team of fair, upright, objective, cautious and modest cadres, civil servants and public employees as Uncle Ho taught.
Accepting the direction of General Secretary and President To Lam, Mr. Ho Duc Anh affirmed that these are the directions for him, together with the Director of the Institute and the leadership of the Supreme People's Procuracy, to devote all his efforts and perform well the functions and tasks of the sector under the leadership of the Party, the provisions of the Constitution and the law, contributing to meeting the expectations of the Party, the State and the people in the new period.
The new Deputy Director of the Institute of the Supreme People's Procuracy promises to be absolutely loyal to the revolutionary cause of the Party, State and people, constantly train political qualities, moral qualities, lifestyle, study and follow the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh.
In particular, first of all, it is to practice Uncle Ho's teachings for the People's Procuracy cadres to be fair, upright, objective, cautious, and modest; to carry out well the Party building work associated with building a clean, strong, and comprehensive industry; to maintain discipline, order, improve capacity, qualifications, and leadership methods; to work with the highest sense of responsibility, to coordinate closely with relevant agencies, to respectfully listen to opinions, and to complete assigned tasks well.
