On April 22, the People's Procuracy of Long An province held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Supreme People's Procuracy on personnel work.
Accordingly, Mr. Truong Van Nghi was reappointed to the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Long An Provincial People's Procuracy. The decision takes effect from April 1, 2025 and will last until his retirement according to regulations.
This reappointment shows the trust and appreciation of the Supreme People's Procuracy for the capacity, prestige and working process of Mr. Truong Van Nghi over the years.
Along with that, the People's Procuracy of Long An province also announced the decision to appoint the titles of intermediate prosecutor for 3 officers and primary prosecutor for 2 other officers. These are officials who have gone through a training process, strived and met all standards of moral qualities and professional capacity according to the requirements of the industry.
Director of the Long An Provincial People's Procuracy Truong Van Nghi expressed his hope that all cadres assigned to the task in this period will continue to strive, constantly improving their political qualities and professional skills.
Also last week, on April 23, the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the position of intermediate prosecutor.
At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan - Head of Personnel Department announced the decisions of the Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the appointment of the title of Intermediate Procurator for 4 people working in the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province and 1 Deputy Director of Song Hinh District People's Committee. Decisions take effect from April 16, 2025.
New Intermediate Prosecutor of the Department of Public Prosecution and Appeal Prosecution of Criminal Cases Nguyen Ngoc Duyen promised to resolutely protect the Constitution, the law, reason and social justice.
