In case of having a high-level diploma in political theory and administration before June 30, 2022, the provisions of Clause 3, Article 2 of Decree No. 89/2021/NDCP shall apply. Accordingly, it is not necessary to complete the corresponding state management standards in cases where the standards for positions and leadership and management titles are prescribed.
