On July 20, a Central working delegation led by General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Minister of National Defense, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to exemplary policy families and armed forces in Dak Lak province.
The activity aims to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1945 - July 27, 2025).
Also attending were Central Party Committee member, Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung and leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, local departments and branches.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee - said: "In the first 6 months of 2025, local security and order will be maintained, economic growth will reach more than 7.14%, people's lives will improve day by day. Regarding Party building work, the Provincial Party Committee has directed 102 communes and wards to focus on building resolutions and organizing grassroots Party Congresses, towards the Provincial Party Congress".
According to the Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary, in the work of "repaying gratitude", the whole province currently has over 100,000 policy beneficiaries. Of which, about 18,000 people are receiving monthly allowances. 100% of beneficiaries have been supported promptly and thoughtfully; thousands of households have had their temporary and dilapidated houses eliminated under the Central Government's programs.

Politburo member and Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang acknowledged the efforts of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security.
In the coming time, local authorities at all levels need to continue to take better care of people with meritorious services and policy beneficiaries, ensuring national security and defense.

"The Ministry of National Defense will support Dak Lak province in implementing a number of major programs and projects. In which, a primary and secondary school will be built in the border area, with a total cost of 150 billion VND.
The province needs to soon choose locations and supplement plans to urgently implement them, contributing to creating better learning conditions for students in border areas," added Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang.
On this occasion, Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang also sent his condolences and encouragement to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the Armed Forces, War Invalids, War Invalids and policy families.
Minister Phan Van Giang hopes that families will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the new period of development.

For the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command, the Minister of National Defense has agreed to issue 2 7-seat and 30-seat cars and 204 motorbikes to serve the work and travel needs of the unit. The Minister also presented 400 million VND to support 8 soldiers with infertile circumstances to have children, each family was supported with 50 million VND.
