The Ministry of National Defense has just issued a consolidated document No. 09/VBHN-BQP, which includes content on regimes and policies for officers in the army who have died or died.

According to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal, the Ministry of National Defense has just issued Concluding Document No. 09/VBHN-BQP on the Decree detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Officers of the Vietnam People's Army on regimes and policies for officers who stop serving in the army; officers in the army who died or died; officers in the army who are transferred to professional soldiers or defense civil servants.

In particular, Article 7 talks about the regime and policies for officers in the army who died, from the ceiling as follows:

Officers in the service of a victim are entitled to preferential treatment according to the provisions of law on preferential treatment for people with revolutionary contributions, the law on social insurance and are entitled to a one-time subsidy, with a subsidy of 1 month's salary for each year of service before the sacrifice.

Officers on active duty who have passed away are entitled to a regime according to the provisions of the law on social insurance and a one-time allowance, for each year of service, they are entitled to a subsidy equal to 1 month's salary of the officer before passing away.
