On the afternoon of February 27, a conference was held in Hanoi to announce the decision to establish Party Committees under the National Assembly Party Committee.
At the Conference, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the National Assembly Party Committee's Organization Committee, Chairman of the Delegation Work Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai announced the decisions to establish 11 Party Committees under the National Assembly Party Committee.
Politburo member, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man presented the decisions to 11 Party Committees under the National Assembly Party Committee; Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee Vu Hai Ha presented flowers to congratulate 11 affiliated Party Committees.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man stated that in the coming time, the requirements for the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and each Party Committee directly under the National Assembly Party Committee and all cadres and Party members at the agencies of the National Assembly will become increasingly higher, and the responsibility will become increasingly greater.
The National Assembly Chairman suggested that agencies closely coordinate, grasp arising difficulties and problems to promptly resolve and handle them effectively; report to competent authorities for consideration and decision when necessary.
The National Assembly Chairman requested to urgently perfect the internal apparatus, establish subordinate Party cells, develop working regulations, assign specific tasks to each comrade in the Party Committee and work relationships with relevant agencies to ensure stable and effective operation of Party committees.
At the same time, do a good job of political, ideological, regimes and policies for affected and affected cadres; arrange cadres to be fair and objective in the spirit of "from work to choose people", choose elite people who are both virtuous and talented, as Uncle Ho's teaching is "both rosy and professional".
The National Assembly Chairman noted that with the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time", it is necessary to do it carefully, cautiously and quickly; proactively but not subjectively.
The National Assembly Chairman hopes and believes that the National Assembly Party Committee in general and each affiliated Party Committee in particular will closely coordinate, promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy, responsibility, innovation and creativity to strive to successfully complete the assigned tasks, contribute to the overall results of the country, and meet the trust and expectations of voters and people nationwide in the National Assembly.
