Members added to the Steering Committee for reviewing and handling problems in the system of legal documents include: Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security; Mr. Bui Thanh Son - Minister of Foreign Affairs; Mr. Doan Hong Phong - Government Inspector General.
This decision takes effect from July 15, 2024.
The Steering Committee for reviewing and handling problems in the system of legal documents is responsible for directing ministries and agencies to promptly handle, according to their authority, problems and inadequacies in established legal regulations. pointed out in the Government's reports on reviewing the system of legal documents; At the same time, continue to synthesize and review arising problems and inadequacies (if any).
At the same time, direct ministries, agencies and localities to review legal documents, especially the Law on State Budget, Law on Public Debt Management, Law on Investment in the form of public-private partnerships, Law on Public Investment , Tax Laws, Pharmacy Law... and guiding documents, identifying problems and bottlenecks that need to be resolved at the legal level.
Proposing the Government to report to the National Assembly at the 8th Session, the 15th National Assembly to consider and promulgate appropriate and effective documents to immediately handle inadequacies and legal problems that arise in practice and hinder evolution.
