The decision to establish 6 new grassroots Party organizations after the merger includes: Party Committee of the Department of Finance; Party Committee of the Department of Construction; Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology; Party Committee of the Department of Home Affairs; Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

According to the decisions, Mr. Le Minh Dao was appointed as Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Trinh Van Ngoc was appointed as Director of the Department of Finance; Mr. Le Ngoc Huan was appointed as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Tran Quang Tuan was appointed as Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Bui Quang Hoan was appointed as Director of the Department of Science and Technology.
