The personnel plan of the provincial Party Committees of localities subject to consolidation and merger includes members of the Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and inspectors of the provincial Party Committee in their positions;
For newly established commune levels, including standing committee members, inspection committee members of district-level Party committees, after finishing their activities, they are transferred and assigned to the commune level and the committee members of the current commune level, basically meeting the standards and conditions according to regulations.
The Politburo emphasized that the assignment, assignment, arrangement and introduction of personnel are based on structure, quantity, standards and conditions; in which special attention is paid to and promotion of political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, leadership capacity, prestige, especially with innovative thinking, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common cause and having specific results and work products.

Here, Mr. Do Thanh Binh - Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee clearly stated the selection of cadres with qualities, abilities, prestige, and equal to the tasks assigned to work in agencies and units after the reorganization, especially key cadres of the city.
