At the conference, Hau Giang Provincial Party Secretary Dong Van Thanh assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee to coordinate with relevant units of the province to advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to deploy a trial operation of agencies at the new commune level of 3 units including: Vi Thanh ward, Tan Hoa commune and Dai Thanh ward, no later than June 12, 2025.
In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee coordinates with the advisory unit of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to issue decisions to end the activities of district, town and city Party Committees; establish commune and ward Party Committees (new); appoint executive committees, standing committees, secretaries, deputy secretaries, members of the inspection committee, heads and deputy heads of the inspection committee of commune and ward Party Committees for the 2025-2030 term.
At the same time, transfer the Party organization and Party members to the new commune and ward Party Committee; decide to transfer cadres, civil servants, and public employees to the new commune level for cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee immediately after having sufficient legal basis according to regulations.
