Early salary increase for teachers

HƯƠNG NHA |

The regime of early salary increase due to excellent achievements for cadres, civil servants and public employees has been clearly regulated.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai (name has been changed) (Yen Bai) said that in the same year, teacher A had a decision to appoint a professional title and salary.

From Junior High School Teacher Grade II, code V.07.04.11, level 8, coefficient 4.65 to the professional title of Junior High School Teacher Grade II, code V.07.04.31.

Currently, teacher A receives salary level 3, coefficient: 4.68. The time to calculate salary increase remains the same.

Ms. Hai wondered: "If teacher A has enough achievements to meet the standards for an early salary increase, will teacher A also get an early salary increase?"

Regarding the reflection and recommendation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai, the Ministry of Home Affairs has responded on the Electronic Information Portal.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Home Affairs said that the regime of early salary increase due to excellent achievements in performing tasks for cadres, civil servants and public employees is implemented according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 3 of Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BNV dated July 31, 2013 of the Minister of Home Affairs guiding regular salary increase and early salary increase for cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees (amended in Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BNV dated June 29, 2021 of the Minister of Home Affairs).

The organization and implementation of policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees in Yen Bai province is under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee.

Therefore, the Ministry of Home Affairs recommends that you contact the agency managing cadres, civil servants and public employees of Yen Bai province (Department of Home Affairs) for answers.
