Removing Mr. Tran Dinh Van from the position of National Assembly delegate of the 15th term

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued Resolution No. 1184 on the dismissal of Mr. Tran Dinh Van from his duties as a deputy of the 15th National Assembly.

Accordingly, based on the Constitution, the Law on Organization of the National Assembly and relevant legal provisions; based on the Working Regulations of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued together with Resolution No. 29 dated December 12, 2022; Based on the opinion of the Secretariat in Official Dispatch No. 11238 of the Central Party Office;

Based on the opinions of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Opinions of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province;

Considering the application for resignation from the duties of National Assembly delegate dated September 16, 2024 of Mr. Tran Dinh Van; Based on the submission No. 216 of the Delegation Work Committee and the voting results of the National Assembly Standing Committee at the meeting dated September 25, 2024;

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued Resolution No. 1184/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the dismissal of Mr. Tran Dinh Van, a National Assembly deputy of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, constituency No. 03 including Bao Loc city and the districts of Bao Lam, Da Huoai, Da Teh, and Cat Tien.

Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee, Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office, the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province and Mr. Tran Dinh Van are responsible for implementing this Resolution.

This Resolution comes into force from October 1, 2024.
