The Inspection Committee (IC) of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee has just issued a notice on the 43rd Session of the Provincial Party Committee's IC for the 19th tenure, 2020 - 2025.
Accordingly, at this session, the Inspection Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee reviewed and concluded the following contents:
1. Consider and conclude the inspection when there are signs of violations and discipline Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen The District.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh lacked self-cultivation, training, and maintaining moral qualities and lifestyles; violated the Regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, the Regulations on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and Party members in the new period, the Regulations on standards for cadres positions under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the responsibility to set an example, causing bad public opinion among cadres, Party members and the People, reducing his own prestige, affecting the prestige of the Party organization and the agency where he works, to the point of requiring disciplinary action.
Considering the content, nature, extent, consequences, causes of the violation and mitigating circumstances; based on the Politburo's Regulations on disciplining party organizations and party members who violate the law, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh with a Reprimand.
2. Consider and discipline Mr. Hoang The Hung - Party member, Deputy Director of the Provincial Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Accordingly, the Central Inspection Commission concluded that Mr. Hoang The Hung's violations and shortcomings were such that disciplinary action had to be taken; at the same time, a document was issued assigning the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to direct the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission to consider and take disciplinary action against Mr. Hoang The Hung.
Considering the content, nature, extent, consequences, causes of the violation and mitigating circumstances; based on the Politburo's Regulations on disciplining party organizations and party members who violate the law, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline Mr. Hoang The Hung with a Reprimand.
