Voter Nguyen Van Hiep (Long Binh commune, Long My town) suggested that there should be more preferential policies for officials and civil servants who voluntarily reduce their staff according to the Central Resolution.
Voters in Vinh Vien town, Long My district believe that currently, incompetent officials often "run for favors". Therefore, voters hope that the process of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus must be carried out objectively and strictly, against personal and group interests; and resolutely remove from the apparatus officials with degraded ethics and incompetent officials.
Voter Nguyen Van Hao (Vi Thanh City) proposed to consider the regulations on allowances for the positions of Head and Deputy Head of the Economic - Social Committee and the Legal Committee of the People's Council at the commune level. Voter Nguyen Trong Phuc Loc (Vi Thanh City) recommended that the Party and State pay more attention to investing in education and training; and strictly handle acts of corruption and negativity.
