On the afternoon of November 14, the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.
At the conference, representatives of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat.
Accordingly, the Secretariat decided: Mr. Pham Hoang Son - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province - ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, and was also introduced to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
Presenting the decision and speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized that Mr. Pham Hoang Son has matured from the grassroots, experienced in many working positions, and is considered a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and state management.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Son promised to always maintain political courage, moral qualities, exemplary spirit, putting the interests of the Party and the people first and foremost; giving all his strength, intelligence, and enthusiasm to contribute to the cause of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system, caring for the lives and happiness of the people of Bac Ninh.
To complete the assigned tasks, Mr. Son hopes to continue to receive the attention, leadership and direction of the leaders of the Party and State, central agencies, departments, ministries and branches; especially the leadership, support, help, share, join hands and consensus of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Bac Ninh province and the political system in the province.
Mr. Pham Hoang Son, born on May 24, 1976, hometown Binh Thuan commune, Dai Tu district, Thai Nguyen province. He has a high level of political theory and professional qualification, a Master of Agricultural Sciences.
Mr. Pham Hoang Son has held many positions in Thai Nguyen province.
From October 1997 to June 2009, Mr. Son held positions such as: Secretary of the District Youth Union, Deputy Chief of Office, Chief of Office of the Dai Tu District Party Committee, Thai Nguyen Province.
From July 2009 to October 2013, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
From November 2013 to July 2015, Mr. Pham Hoang Son was a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Phu Luong District Party Committee, Thai Nguyen Province.
From August 2015 to January 2018, he was a member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.
From February 2018 to May 2019, Mr. Son was a member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
From June 2019 to August 2019, he was a member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.
From September 2019 to October 2020, he was a member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Head of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Cadre Health Care Protection Committee.
From November 2020 to December 2020, Mr. Pham Hoang Son was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee.
From December 2020 to February 2025, he was the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province.
From February 2025 to July 1, 2025, Mr. Pham Hoang Son will hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committees of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party agencies.
On July 1, 2025, Mr. Pham Hoang Son was appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province (new) for the 2021 - 2026 term.
