On the morning of December 27, at the Department of Industry and Trade, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province held a conference to announce and hand over the Decision to appoint the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade. Attending the conference were representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Tran Anh Chung, Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa City Party Committee, Chairman of Thanh Hoa City People's Committee, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Lai The Nguyen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province said that, implementing the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee, based on the practical situation of personnel work, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee decided to transfer and assign Mr. Tran Anh Chung to hold the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.
