The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just submitted a document to the Prime Minister on the proposal to award the Labor Medal.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province respectfully submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and submitted to the President to award: Second Class Labor Medal to 7 individuals, Third Class Labor Medal to 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in work from 2020 to 2024, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
The above commendation proposals have been approved and appraised by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to ensure compliance with regulations on subjects, standards, records, and procedures according to current regulations.
The opinions of the relevant agencies are as follows: Report of the Party Committee of Bac Ninh People's Committee; Notice of conclusions of the Standing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee; Official dispatch of the Party Central Office; Official Letter of the Ministry of Information and Communications; Official Letter of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group; Official dispatch of the Ministry of Home Affairs; Official letter of the Vietnam Women's Union.
The list of 7 individuals proposed to be awarded the Second Class Labor Medal is as follows:
1. Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
2. Mr. Luu Dinh Thuc - Secretary of Tu Son City Party Committee, Bac Ninh province.
3. Mr. Nguyen Trung Hien - Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Bac Ninh province.
4. Mr. Hoang Sy Hanh - Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council of Bac Ninh province.
5. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Bac Ninh province.
6. Mr. Nguyen Van Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province.
7. Mr. Vu Thanh Hai - Director of the Historical Archives Center, Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province.
9 individuals are proposed to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal as follows:
1. Mr. Le Hong Phuc - Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province.
2. Ms. Nguyen Phuong Mai - President of the Women's Union of Bac Ninh province.
3. Mr. Do Tuan Son - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province.
4. Mr. Doan Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Ninh province.
5. Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Vo town, Bac Ninh province.
6. Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuc - Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province.
7. Ms. Pham Thi Ha, - Head of the Department, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Luong Tai District Party Committee and Director of the Political Center of Luong Tai District, Bac Ninh Province.
8. Mr. Ngo Van Thoang - Head of the Department of Administrative Finance and Career, Department of Finance of Bac Ninh province.
