Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee holds the position of Deputy Minister of Justice

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc - Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Justice.

On February 25, 2025, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 398/QD-TTg to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc - Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Justice.

The above decision takes effect from February 25, 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc was born on February 28, 1969; hometown: Duc Hue District, Long An Province; Bachelor of Law.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc has held the following positions: Permanent Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term.

Before transferring and appointing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc, the Ministry of Justice had Deputy Ministers including: Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Oanh, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Tinh, Deputy Minister Mai Luong Khoi. Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh - Member of the Party Central Committee holds the position of Minister of Justice.
