Directive 03/CT-TTg requires focusing on inspections in areas with high risk of corruption and public concern; increasing the rate of asset recovery due to violations and corruption.

Recently, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Directive No. 03/CT-TTg urging the implementation of key tasks after the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday.

The Prime Minister requested the Government Inspectorate to preside over and coordinate with agencies and localities to urgently implement the 2025 inspection plan and assigned surprise inspections, focusing on inspecting areas with high risks of corruption and public concern; increase the rate of recovery of money and assets due to violations, negativity, and corruption.

Perform well the work of receiving citizens, handling petitions and letters, resolving complaints and denunciations; grasp the situation of complaints and denunciations nationwide, especially in localities where there are many and complicated complaints to handle them promptly, resolutely not allowing "hot spots" of security and order to occur.

Preside over and coordinate with the Ministries and agencies: Public Security, Natural Resources and Environment, Government Office to work and reach agreement with the agencies of the National Assembly to promptly issue a resolution on a specific mechanism to remove difficulties and obstacles related to land projects in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Khanh Hoa province; if necessary, report to the Prime Minister and send a document to the Chairman of the National Assembly.

Also in the directive, the Ministry of Public Security is assigned to preside over and coordinate with agencies and localities to focus on implementing the peak of attacking and suppressing crimes, effectively fighting and preventing types of crimes that tend to increase in the early spring.

Speed ​​up the investigation of cases under the supervision and direction of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption and Anti-Matter, and particularly serious cases of public concern.

Strengthen immigration management, promptly detect and prevent illegal entry and smuggling activities. Strengthen patrols, control and strictly handle violations that are direct causes of traffic accidents, especially violations related to alcohol concentration.

Proactively deploy fire prevention, fighting, rescue and relief plans, especially at festival venues and crowded places.

The Ministry of National Defense presides over and coordinates with agencies and localities to effectively carry out military recruitment, organize military handover and reception closely, meet quotas, and ensure absolute safety.
