On November 12, Hanoi City Police (CATP) held a ceremony to announce the Decisions of the CATP Director on personnel work.
Authorized by the Director of CATP, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Quang - Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the Decisions of the Director of CATP on the transfer and appointment of 5 comrades in charge of the department.
In his congratulatory speech, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung - Director of Hanoi City Police Department praised and acknowledged the efforts and contributions of the 5 comrades who were trusted to be assigned new tasks.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung emphasized that after 8 months of implementing the 2-level local police organization model since March 1, reviewing and rearranging a number of department head positions is necessary to ensure the suitability between the capacity and strengths of the staff with the practical requirements of the task, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of the operations of each unit.
Based on a thorough, objective, fair assessment and compliance with the principle of "choosing people for work", CATP decided to mobilize and appoint Department Heads in accordance with their abilities and work requirements in the new period.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung emphasized that since the no longer organization of the district-level police, the workload, requirements and responsibilities of department-level units have been very large, requiring the leader to be the "Commander", taking full responsibility before the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of CATP for all aspects of work results.
The Director of CATP requested that the Heads of Departments in their new positions promote the role of leaders, closely coordinate with Party committees and unit leaders to maintain internal solidarity, unify ideas and actions; quickly stabilize the organization, and start work immediately.
Each comrade needs to constantly strive, practice, improve his political, professional and legal qualifications; be receptive, listen to the opinions of officers and soldiers to improve himself, meet the requirements of work in the new period.
At the same time, proactively advise the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of CATP in leading and directing assigned professional fields, doing a good job of guiding, inspecting, "hand in hand" to contribute to effectively consolidating the 2-level Police organization model; focusing on building a strong force, innovating working style, improving discipline, order, and sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers; effectively implementing the emulation movement "The Third: Most disciplined - Most honest - Most proficient", building the Capital Police force to be truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Nhat Quang - Chief of Staff expressed his honor, pride and thanked the attention and trust of the Hanoi Party Committee and Board of Directors.
Lieutenant Colonel Quang affirmed that he will strive to train and maintain the qualities of a person of the Capital Police officer, strive to fulfill all assigned tasks well, worthy of the trust and expectations of the leaders and teammates.
