On October 19, Mr. Le Tien Chau - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong - chaired the Conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work of Cat Hai District Party Committee.
Also attending were Mr. Nguyen Van Tung - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee and representatives of relevant departments, agencies and localities.
According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee, Mr. Tran Van Phuong - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Cat Hai District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
At the conference, Hai Phong City Party Secretary Le Tien Chau said that Mr. Tran Van Phuong is a responsible official with a lot of experience in advice and synthesis work, has management capacity, and is able to unite officials.
The transfer of Mr. Tran Van Phuong to the position of Secretary of Cat Hai District Party Committee aims to implement the policy of training, fostering, and testing cadres in many different positions, building a source of key cadres for the city.
Mr. Le Tien Chau hopes that in his new position, the new Secretary of Cat Hai District Party Committee, Tran Van Phuong, will quickly approach the work, continue to promote his intelligence, and together with the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, focus on leadership and direction, determined to fully complete the targets set out in the Resolution of the District Party Congress.
