On October 6, the National Assembly Delegation of Ben Tre Province coordinated with the Ben Tre Provincial Federation of Labor to organize a meeting between National Assembly deputies and officials, union members, and workers. Here, voters expressed their opinions on issues including amendments to the Law on Employment, the Law on Social Insurance, and the Law on Trade Unions. In particular, the issue of enterprises owing social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) for employees.

Voter Phan Huu Duy (Thanh Phu district, Ben Tre province) - said that every month, the enterprise deducts social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance from employees but does not submit them to the social insurance agency. Concluding the conference, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to advise and handle the above issue.

Ms. Van suggested that the National Assembly delegation of Ben Tre province give opinions on the above issue to the Ministry of Labor, War invalids and Social Affairs for advice to the Government in order to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of employees when enterprises owe social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.

Mr. Doan Hai Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Ben Tre province - said that during the inspection and supervision process of the interdisciplinary team established by the Social Insurance, they handled enterprises that owed social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance to employees, and at the same time, required the above enterprises to ensure the rights of employees.
