The Congress announced the Decision of the Van Don Special Zone Party Committee on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Special Zone People's Committee and the Decision to appoint delegates of the Party Committee of the Party Agency to attend the 1st Congress of the Van Don Special Zone Party Committee, term 2025-2030, including 45 official delegates and 1 absent delegate.
