On August 6, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Head of Working Group No. 4 - chaired the approval of the Party Congress of the 7 communes: Nghi Loc, Phuc Loc, Dong Loc, Trung Loc, Than Linh, Hai Loc and Van Kieu.
All Party Committees were established on the basis of merging and consolidating many administrative units, with the number of Party members ranging from over 700 to over 2,400, operating in dozens of affiliated grassroots Party organizations.
Each locality clearly defines the motto of action, development goals and roadmap to meet advanced new rural standards or model in the 2025 - 2030 term, associated with digital transformation, promoting the strength of great solidarity and exploiting potential and strengths.
Appreciating the preparation for the congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh acknowledged the sense of responsibility and proactiveness of localities; at the same time, requested to selectively absorb the opinions of the working group and leaders of departments, branches and sectors to complete documents, adjust some targets on growth and average income, and demonstrate high determination.
Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh also noted that localities should develop short, easy-to-remember, and easy-to-implement resolutions; along with action programs and thematic resolutions to implement immediately after the congress.
The organization work needs to be solemn, economical, and effective, associated with a practical emulation movement, spreading the spirit of "New Government - New Climate - New Success".
On August 4, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office issued Official Letter No. 2731 implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee regarding the organization of the Party Congresses at the commune and ward levels for the 2025-2030 term.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee recommends that Party Committees of communes and wards do not organize art programs to celebrate the Congress and stop buying gifts for the delegates attending.
At a time when the whole province is focusing on supporting people in the West to overcome the consequences of floods, the above direction of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on organizing Party Congresses at the commune and ward levels is very timely, practical, profoundly humane, expressing the message of determination to innovate.
