On April 17, the Government Office announced that Politburo member and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh had just signed Decision No. 779/QD-TTg appointing Colonel Ho Van Huong - Director of the Department of Civil Cryptography Management and Cryptography Product Evaluation, Government Equipment Department - to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Government Equipment Department.
The decision takes effect from April 16, 2025.
The Government Affairs Committee has the function of advising the Party and State on key work and performing key activities; contributing to ensuring absolute secretion, safety, accuracy, and timeliness of information to serve the leadership of the Party, management of the State, direction and command of the people's armed forces in all situations.
