On the afternoon of November 7, at the Phu Tho Provincial Police Department, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the Minister of Public Security's decision on personnel work. Lieutenant General Hoang Duc Lung - Director of the Department of Personnel Organization (Ministry of Public Security) chaired the announcement ceremony.
At the ceremony, authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Lieutenant General Hoang Duc Lung announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong - Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Ministry of Public Security) to take up the position of Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police.
