On October 11, at Quang Binh Provincial Police, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the Minister of Public Security's decision on personnel work.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Personnel Organization, Ministry of Public Security announced the decision to transfer Colonel Nguyen Thanh Liem (born in 1975, hometown Ha Tinh province) - Director of Dak Nong Provincial Police to take up the position of Director of Quang Binh Provincial Police.
In his speech assigning tasks, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of Colonel Nguyen Thanh Liem, together with the collective leadership of Dak Nong Provincial Police, who have led and directed the implementation of all aspects of work well, contributing to maintaining political security, ensuring social order and safety, which has been highly appreciated by authorities at all levels and people.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long requested Colonel Nguyen Thanh Liem to promptly take over the job, promote the achievements of Quang Binh Provincial Police in the past time; together with the collective leadership of Quang Binh Provincial Police, take advantage of the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee; closely coordinate with all levels and sectors of the province; excellently complete the political tasks assigned by the Party and the sector; create a stable environment for local socio-economic development.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Liem - Director of Quang Binh Provincial Police accepted the direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Quang Binh province and promised to work with the collective leadership of the Provincial Police to promote the tradition and achievements, make efforts and strive to build a clean and strong Quang Binh Provincial Police force, meeting the requirements and tasks of ensuring security and order, for the peace and happiness of the people.
