On April 16, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Nong Ho Van Muoi has just signed plan No. 234/KH-UBND on the arrangement of administrative units (DVHC) and building a model of local government 2 levels in the province.
The plan aims to seriously deploy the Resolutions and conclusions of the Central Government, create unity in awareness and actions of cadres, civil servants and public employees, and mobilize the consensus of the people.
The implementation will be implemented according to the specific roadmap, suitable to the actual situation, ensuring clear assignment between agencies and localities.
As planned, the relevant units must complete the provision of data for the construction of the provincial and commune -level DVH arrangement projects.
The completion of the voters will take place from 19–20.4.2025. At the latest on April 25, report to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for submission to the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and submit it to the provincial People's Council for approval.
After that, the province will complete the dossier and project to send to the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province and the Government. It is expected that the commune -level waste arrangement will be submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Government on April 30, 2025.
