On February 6, the Government Office announced that it had just issued Official Dispatch No. 865/VPCP-CN on investment in the construction of Tuy Loan intersection under the Da Nang - Quang Ngai expressway project.
Official dispatch sent to the Ministries of Transport, Finance, Planning and Investment; People's Committee of Da Nang City.
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Transport (Document No. 408/BGTVT-KHDT dated January 13, 2025) on separating Tuy Loan intersection of the Da Nang - Quang Ngai expressway project so that the People's Committee of Da Nang City can invest in construction on a complete scale, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has the following opinion:
The Ministry of Transport shall adjust the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway project according to its authority and legal provisions; coordinate with the People's Committee of Da Nang City to submit to the Prime Minister the assignment of the Tuy Loan intersection management agency in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 165/2024/ND-CP dated December 27, 2024 of the Government, to be completed in February 2025.
The Ministry of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Planning and Investment to propose central budget capital sources in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister in Notice No. 417/TB-VPCP dated September 13, 2024 of the Government Office.
