Recommend discipline and criticism of 20 officials in Dong Nai

On August 5, the Inspection Committee (Inspection Committee) of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term XI, term 2020-2025 announced the results of the 40th and 41st Sessions to approve the inspection, supervision and Party discipline case.

Accordingly, review, consider responsibility, and propose disciplinary action against party members with violations and shortcomings according to Inspection Conclusion No. 44/KL-TT, dated April 8, 2022 of the Provincial Inspectorate on the inspection Comprehensive investigation of the Binh Da Residential Area project (in Binh Da ward, Bien Hoa city) invested by Binh Da Housing Development Joint Stock Company.

As a result, the Provincial Party Committee's Audit Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to consider and enforce discipline according to their authority against 3 people including: Mr. Nguyen Kim Long - Chief of Office of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee ( former Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Members, Chairman of the Board of Members of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation);

Mr. Trinh Tuan Liem - Former Director of Department of Transport, former Secretary of the City Party Committee, former Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee;

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Party Cell Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Union (former Head of Planning Department under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment).

At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee's Audit Committee also issued a notice of conclusion on shortcomings, violations and strict criticism for 17 people including:

Nguyen Minh Trung - Former Head of Project Department, former Member of the Board of Members of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation;

Nguyen Duc Khoa - Party member, Deputy General Director of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation (former member of the Board of Members of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation);

Phung Van Nhi - Former Party Secretary, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation;

Pham Nam Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation (former member of the Corporation's Party Executive Committee, term 2010-2015, former Secretary of the Economic Cell, term 2010-2013, Member of the Board of Members of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation);

Trinh Hoang An - Former Member of the Board of Members of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation;

Nguyen Thanh Tam - Former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation;
