The Prime Minister hopes that US investors will continue to increase new investment and expand investment in Vietnam, especially in important areas such as energy, high technology, semiconductors, AI, aviation, aerospace, climate change prevention, etc.
US businesses said they are eager and ready to invest and expand investment in Vietnam in the fields of green transformation, digital transformation, and circular economy.

After discussing and answering specific proposals and recommendations from USABC and US businesses and concluded the meeting, the Prime Minister said that Vietnam wishes and is making efforts to promote the balanced, harmonious and sustainable development of Vietnam-US economic and trade relations through specific action programs; to contribute to realizing the above goals, while improving the quality and efficiency of investment cooperation with the US.
The Prime Minister hopes that US businesses will continue to invest and expand investment in Vietnam; promote connections between the business communities of the two countries, promote dialogue mechanisms between the Government and the business community, and connect businesses periodically; create conditions for Vietnamese businesses to participate more deeply in the global supply chain of US businesses; make Vietnam a US production and business base in Southeast Asia.
Hoping that US businesses will continue to advise and advise the Vietnamese Government on policies and institutions to improve their institutions and policies, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested that US businesses have a voice with the Trump administration to strengthen sustainable economic - trade - investment cooperation between the two countries; consider promoting the establishment of a new bilateral trade framework more suitable to the needs and practical situation; the US not to use trade defense measures for Vietnam's export goods or take actions that affect the very good relationship between the two countries; promptly recognize Vietnam's Market Economy Regulations and remove Vietnam from the list of high-tech export restrictions of the US Commerce Department.
The head of the Government suggested that the two sides promote cooperation in science - technology, innovation; further increase high-quality investment, promote advanced technology transfer and support human resource training for Vietnam; share experiences, recommend policies and support Vietnam in energy development; consider and participate in Vietnam's railway, air, waterway, sea and road projects, with appropriate roles, including researching the construction of a maintenance and repair center for aircraft at Long Thanh International Airport, Gia Binh Airport...
Along with that, US businesses support and cooperate with Vietnam in building and developing a synchronous, modern digital infrastructure, commercializing the 5G network, researching 6G technology; improving capacity, transferring technology to produce medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, vaccines; prioritizing investment in the agricultural sector, especially high-tech agricultural programs and projects such as the Sustainable Development Project of 1 million hectares of high-quality, low-emission specialized rice in the Mekong Delta, while supporting Vietnamese businesses and people in connecting production facilities with the consumption market, participating deeply in supply chains and retail in the US and the world.
