On the occasion of the United Nations International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People (November 29), President Luong Cuong sent a message to United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, President of the United Nations General Assembly Annalena Baerbock, President of the United Nations Commission on the Exercise of the Invalids of the Palestinian People Coly Seck, President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas.
In his message, President Luong Cuong expressed his deepest condolences to the Palestinian people for the great loss and pain in the conflict over the past two years, which has killed tens of thousands, injured hundreds of thousands and caused serious devastation in the Gaza Strip.
On this occasion, President Luong Cuong affirmed the strong support and solidarity of the State and people of Vietnam with Palestine in the just struggle for independence and freedom, especially in the context of a complicated security situation and potential risks when the ceasefire was signed in October 2025.
