Appointment of 2 Directors and 1 District Party Secretary in Ha Nam

Ha Nam province has just announced decisions on personnel transfer and appointment to the positions of Director of Department and Secretary of Kim Bang District Party Committee.

Last week at the State Treasury of Ha Nam province, the State Treasury held a conference to announce the decision on personnel transfer and appointment.

According to Decision No. 5789/QD-KBNN dated October 11, 2024 of the State Treasury, Mr. Tran Quang Nguyen - Director of the State Treasury of Lang Son province will assume the position of Director of the State Treasury of Ha Nam province from October 23, 2024.

Also last week, on October 14, Kim Bang District Party Committee (Ha Nam) held a conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee to assign, transfer and appoint Mr. Le Van Ha - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) to hold the position of Secretary of Kim Bang District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy said that the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee decided to assign, transfer and appoint Mr. Le Van Ha - Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial Labor Federation - to join the District Party Committee Executive Committee, the District Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Kim Bang District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Previously, the People's Committee of Ha Nam province organized the announcement of the Decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province on personnel work.

According to Decision 1389/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province, Mr. Pham Hong Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Kim Bang district was accepted and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) of Ha Nam. The term of office is 5 years from the date of appointment.

In his congratulatory speech and assignment to Mr. Pham Hong Son, Chairman of Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee Truong Quoc Huy hoped that in his new position, Mr. Pham Hong Son would continue to promote his capacity and experience, together with the Directorate of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, to successfully complete the tasks of the sector; clearly identify and analyze the structure of crops and livestock, increase production value; strengthen the infrastructure system serving production, and support the development of people's livelihood and economy.
