At the conference, the Standing Committees of Kien Giang and Ca Mau Provincial Party Committees presented the results of the implementation of Plan No. 26-KH/TW dated February 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on grasping the situation, urging and guiding the inspection of a number of key topics of work in 2025.

Speaking at the conference, General Phan Van Giang said that the implementation of Directive No. 35 and Conclusion No. 118 at some Party committees is still slow, the implementation of new leadership, direction and guidance documents is still confusing.
General Phan Van Giang suggested that localities continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously and resolutely implement the viewpoints and directions of the Central Executive Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat in Conclusion No. 121 on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18 and Conclusions 126, 127, 128...
General Phan Van Giang stated that he had prepared well and successfully organized party congresses at all levels. General Phan Van Giang also noted that the Standing Committees of Kien Giang and Ca Mau Provincial Party Committees should proactively review projects facing difficulties and obstacles, handle them according to their authority or promptly recommend competent authorities to handle, remove them, direct the development and implementation of asset handling plans when implementing the arrangement of administrative units and agencies, streamline the organizational apparatus, avoid loss and waste of assets, remove bottlenecks, and unlock resources for development.
