On behalf of the Politburo, Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu signed and issued Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW on continuing to implement Conclusion No. 34-KL/TW on the Strategy for Party Inspection and Supervision to 2030.
Conclusion No. 43 states: Considering Submission No. 25-TTr/UBKTTW, dated April 29, 2026 of the Central Inspection Committee on the preliminary review of the implementation of Conclusion No. 34-KL/TW, dated April 18, 2022 of the Politburo on the Strategy for Party inspection and supervision work to 2030 (Conclusion No. 34-KL/TW), the Politburo concludes as follows:
Basically agreeing with the Submission of the Central Inspection Committee. Requesting Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to continue to implement Conclusion No. 34-KL/TW, ensuring consistency and synchronization with the content of Resolution No. 05-NQ/TW, dated April 7, 2026 of the Party Central Committee on innovating and improving the effectiveness of inspection, supervision and Party discipline work and other resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Party on Party building, personnel organization work, corruption prevention and control, wastefulness, and negativity; focusing on effectively implementing the following tasks and solutions:
Innovate thinking, leadership methods, direction and organization of the implementation of inspection, supervision, and Party discipline associated with power control.
Strongly innovate methods, procedures, and ways of conducting inspection work, expanding supervision to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Improve the quality of theoretical research, summarize practice; proactively forecast and promptly complete the Party's system of regulations on inspection, supervision and Party discipline in a synchronous and unified manner in accordance with practice.
Improve the capacity and operational efficiency of inspection committees at all levels; build a contingent of Party inspection officials who are truly brave, honest, and professional.
Assign the Central Inspection Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to continue to organize the implementation of Conclusion No. 34-KL/TW of the Politburo together with Resolution No. 05-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee on innovating and improving the effectiveness of inspection, supervision and Party discipline; monitor, urge, inspect, and supervise Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to implement and periodically report the implementation results to the Politburo and the Secretariat.
