Director of Dak Lak Department of Foreign Affairs requests early retirement

Dak Lak - Mr. Pham Van Phuoc, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, has submitted an application for early retirement.

On January 8, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee received the early retirement application of Mr. Pham Van Phuoc - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Pham Van Phuoc (born in 1967), used to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Dak Lak Department of Justice. In November 2018, Mr. Phuoc was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs; the term of this position is 5 years.

According to the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee’s Organizing Committee, in addition to Mr. Phuoc, there are many other cases that have also submitted applications asking for early retirement. Such as the Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, heads of departments in media agencies, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations, etc.
