On November 11, in Hanoi, Nhan Dan Newspaper and the National Political Publishing House Truth held a ceremony to introduce volumes 3 and 4 of the book series "Steadfastly on the path of innovation" by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
These are the next two volumes following volumes 1 and 2 of the book series “Steadfastly Stepping on the Path of Innovation” published in 2017, including articles and speeches by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong published in Nhan Dan Newspaper from 2011 to 2017.
Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association - said that the content of volumes 3 and 4 of the book series "Steadfastly on the path of innovation" focuses on organizing and implementing the Resolutions of the 12th and 13th National Party Congresses.
The focus is on improving the Party's leadership capacity, governing capacity and fighting strength; building a truly clean and strong Party and political system; comprehensively and synchronously promoting the innovation process; industrializing, modernizing, rapidly and sustainably developing the country; proactively and actively integrating more and more deeply into the international community.
"Reading these articles carefully, we can clearly see the overall picture of the country in the two terms of the XII and XIII; the directions, tasks, solutions, and goals that the entire Party and people are striving to achieve; especially the issues that need to be resolved so that the country can firmly step on the path of innovation, striving to become a developed country with high income by 2045, the 100th anniversary of the founding of our State," said Mr. Le Quoc Minh.
Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam - Director, Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth - said that the articles, speeches, talks, interviews, letters, telegrams, and appeals of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong expressed the guiding viewpoints, concerns, thoughts, and sense of responsibility of the highest leader of our Party and State on important issues of vital significance to the country and the Party, with profound theoretical and practical values, clearly demonstrating the development of the Party's theoretical thinking in many fields, which clarified the theory of socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam.
With all 4 volumes, the articles of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong clearly demonstrate the theoretical development of our Party on the journey of innovation and international integration. This 4-volume book series is a valuable document for both research and practical activities. The content of the four volumes clearly demonstrates the Party's viewpoints, guiding thoughts and action guidelines in all fields of politics, economics, socio-culture, national defense, security and foreign affairs.
