On November 12, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee announced the results of the election of personnel for the City Party Committee Inspection Committee and assigned the task of a member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to hold the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
According to the announcement, at the second Conference held on the same day, the Hanoi City Party Committee Executive Committee voted to let Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luu, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, stop participating in the City Party Committee Inspection Committee, stop holding the position of Chairman of the City Party Committee Inspection Committee, term XVIII, 2025-2030 (to introduce the City People's Council to elect him as Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee).
The City Party Committee Executive Committee elected Mr. Do Anh Tuan, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to hold the position of Member, Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term XVIII, 2025-2030.
To complete the positions, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee assigned Mr. Tran Dinh Canh, member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs to hold the position of Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, term XVIII, 2025-2030.
Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the new Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee and Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized that the personnel improvement of the City Party Committee's Party Committees is to ensure that work is maintained regularly and continuously.
Recognizing the efforts and contributions of Mr. Do Anh Tuan and Mr. Tran Dinh Canh during their work in agencies and units, the Secretary of the City Party Committee noted the tasks assigned by the City Party Committee to the agencies and units in the conference conclusion, in which the City Party Committee Inspection Committee is responsible for coordinating to regularly inspect and supervise the implementation of political tasks, resolutions and conclusions, especially the Resolution of the Second Conference of the City Party Committee Executive Committee of collectives and individuals.
According to the Secretary of the City Party Committee, this is a new task in the locality, but the Central Inspection Committee has been implementing it for more than a year, developing a model regulations and training the Inspection Committees of Party committees at all levels under the Central Committee.
For the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee emphasized the task of reviewing complex complaints according to the General Secretary's opinions to avoid complicated complaints in the process of preparing for the 14th National Congress of the Party.
With the spirit of responsibility, solidarity and innovation, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc suggested that the agencies: the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee, the Internal Affairs Committee of the City Party Committee, and the Department of Home Affairs will actively approach the conclusions and resolutions of the Second Conference of the City Party Committee Executive Committee; comrades assigned the task of proactively not interrupting work.
On behalf of the comrades assigned to the new tasks at the conference, Mr. Do Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee affirmed that he will devote all his efforts and intelligence to continue contributing to the development of the Capital.
