    On October 9, according to information from the Propaganda Department of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has just held a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on transferring Mr. Nguyen Hong Sang - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union to work at the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee from October 8 and appointing him to hold the position of Deputy Head of Propaganda of the Provincial Party Committee from October 8, 2024 to October 7, 2029.

    Mr. Le Van Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation attended and presented the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

    Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu asked Mr. Nguyen Hong Sang to quickly approach the new job, continue to study, improve knowledge, promote sense of responsibility, capacity, strengths, and work with the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to successfully implement the set goals and tasks.

    Also on October 8, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, transferring Mr. Tran Ho Dang - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hai Duong City People's Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee from October 8, 2024 to assume the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

    On the morning of October 8, the leaders of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee also awarded the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Cuu Long - Manager of Construction Inspection Branch under the Department of Construction to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, for a term of 5 years, starting from October 8, 2024.
