Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thuy (born in 1979, residing in Tan Phu ward, Dong Xoai city) has held the positions of Chief of Office of the People's Procuracy of Binh Phuoc province, Deputy Chief of the People's Procuracy of Binh Phuoc province. In November 2018, she was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Binh Phuoc province.
Previously, on November 4, the Supreme People's Court issued a decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Dang An Thanh to the position of Chief Justice of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Court, for a term of 5 years from November 1, 2024.
Previously, Mr. Thanh was a senior judge at the High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City. In November 2019, Mr. Thanh was appointed Deputy Chief Justice of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Court.
