According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee, Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong - Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Organization Board - was transferred and assigned to work at the Department of Home Affairs to be appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs, concurrently holding the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Board.

Mr. Dang Dong Anh - Member of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City Party Committee Inspection Committee - holds the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee Organization.
