According to the Central Internal Affairs Commission, regarding a number of tasks in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee emphasized that in the coming time, the Party and State are simultaneously implementing many important revolutionary policies and decisions to develop the country. The work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity must closely follow and effectively serve the country's political tasks.

In particular, the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee requires creating more obvious changes in waste prevention and control, especially focusing on thoroughly handling projects and works that are behind schedule, stagnant, prolonged, and have low efficiency, causing great loss and waste, contributing to mobilizing and effectively using resources to serve the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025 and double digits in the following years.
The Government, ministries, branches and localities continue to carefully review; clarify the reasons for the delay and prolonged backlog; propose handling solutions and clearly identify the handling authority for each project, not to let responsibility be pushed away, and put the project and project into operation and use soon - Complete the handling plan before June 30, 2025.
Issue the Inspection Conclusion (before March 31, 2025) and direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles, putting facility 2 of Bach Mai Hospital and facility 2 of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital in Ha Nam province into use before December 31, 2025.
Focus on removing difficulties and obstacles, promptly putting into operation and use renewable energy projects and projects to solve flooding caused by tides in Ho Chi Minh City.
Conduct thematic inspections and audits in some localities with many projects and works using state budget capital, long-standing, and at risk of great loss and waste; complete thematic inspections on preventing and combating waste in the management and use of real estate facilities managed by agencies, organizations and state-owned enterprises in 2025.
The Standing Committee of the Steering Committee also requested a summary of the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity of the 13th Congress term, supplementing and perfecting the implementation direction during the 14th Congress term.
In the immediate future, urgently complete the review and in 2025, fully institutionalize the Party's policies and guidelines on preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity mentioned at the 13th Congress.
