The Prime Minister assigned ministries, central agencies and localities to urgently update and supplement all contents and information of the report on focusing on resolving backlogged projects, stopping construction, urgently implementing, completing and putting into use to prevent waste and loss; send the Ministry of Finance to synthesize and report to the Prime Minister before March 25.
The Ministry of Finance coordinates with the Government Office to closely monitor, synthesize periodic reports, and promptly propose handling measures for units and individuals who are late or not serious in implementation.
For projects that are still pending and have been suspended for a long time, ministries and localities have reported and requested urgent synthesis and determination to clarify the groups of causes, handling options and competent authorities to handle them to resolve them thoroughly, put projects into operation and use soon to promote investment efficiency, and not continue to waste State and people's resources.
The Prime Minister assigned the Government Inspectorate to complete the inspection conclusion for the investment project to build Bach Mai Hospital and Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, Facility 2 in Ha Nam province before March 31.
