The main violations are things that party members are not allowed to do; assigned duties and responsibilities; state policies and laws; working regulations; lifestyle ethics, exemplary responsibility; intentional violations; asset and income declaration.
In addition, under the direction of the Central Inspection Commission, the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission inspected when there were signs of violations by a party organization in the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of projects and bid packages carried out by AIC Company.
